Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
V.O.A.G is not responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURNS
I gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

-Contact me within two days of delivery
-Dispatch within seven days of delivery
- Request cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

Please note that commissions cannot be returned.

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned
in it's original condition the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
